Icknield center – Christmas Concert
We are so pleased to be able to share with you that this year we are able to invite Parents and Carers of the 2-3’s and 3-5’s children to join us at the Icknield Center in Letchworth on Wednesday 14th December.
More details and times will follow once we have visited the Icknield Center to confirm the final timings and details. However, this will take place after 2:45pm on the afternoon of Wednesday 14th December.
The 2-3 children will take the stage first and sing a range of Christmas songs with their Keycarer and peers.
After this the children will be taken back through to a separate room where they will then be signed back over to their Parents and Carers.
Once your child has completed their singing and has been handed back to you, you are able to visit a special visitor with your child before heading home.
If you are unable to make the Christmas Concert and your child still attends Wonderland on a Wednesday afternoon session, please email Toni to let her know your child will be in Wonderland’s Care throughout the afternoon. We will then arrange dinner and transport back to Wonderland for your child.
Please also email Toni if your child DOES NOT usually attend Wonderland on a Wednesday afternoon session, but you are going to bring them along to the Icknield Centre to take part in the Christmas Concert.

The 3-5’s children will take to the stage after the 2-3’s Age Group have finished their Christmas singing – timings to be confirmed asap! However, this will certainly be after 3pm.

The children will arrive at the center and have their afternoon snack before changing into their costumes. Don’t panic! We will send out information on this asap. The Pre-school Team will endeavour to create as many of these as possible with the children!
After the children have completed their play, they will be taken back into their room to then be handed over to the Parents and Carers who have come to watch. The children will also be able to visit a special visitor after their performance.
The children will then be able to go home from the Icknield Center once they have performed their Christmas Songs and dances.
